How does WhatsApp delivery work?
After your enquiry and intake, we send your protocol as a PDF and as a step-by-step schedule into a private WhatsApp thread. You can ask questions before, during, and after the trip.
How far in advance should I enquire?
Aim for at least 7 days before departure so the protocol can be built around your flights. If you want flight recommendations before you book, get in touch earlier.
What about my return flight?
Your protocol covers the whole trip, return included. Multi-leg trips and stopovers are handled in the same plan.
What if my flights or schedule change?
Premium plans adapt on the ground. If a flight slips, a meeting gets bumped, or the day reshuffles, we adjust the protocol in your WhatsApp thread and keep you on track for the moment that matters.
